"This was the worst experience I have ever had getting a manicure. The place itself looked clean and lovely.I was greeted by a nice friendly woman. However I ended up with an Unfriend man who hurt me a few times doing my nails, drawing blood once or twice. There were no apologies. I did not end up with my nails painted how I wanted, either. I walked out unhappy with my nails and unhappy with the whole experience. I think the place itself is good, I just think I ended up with the absolute worst guy in there."

"Wasn’t a terrible experience, but I would probably not bring my children back again. I threw my daughter, a princess party, not my favorite theme, but this is what she wanted. I paid full price for three kid pedicures, yet they all three had different experiences-one of the kids had a full on massage, cleaning, shaping, painting, everything that I paid for fulfilled. The other two were cut short. I felt like the gentleman doing the other two’s nails knew he was cutting them short, but assumed no one would notice. My daughter is extremely observant, and it was her birthday., and she noticed. When we left, she asked why she was not treated the same. Just disappointing but a good opportunity to teach my daughter a lesson in customer service, and honesty -just didn’t wanna make her birthday a time to teach her these lessons."

"I will not recommend BNails any longer! I am a local and have spent the last few years supporting this establishment even though many have shared disappointment. I called to set up and appointment. I was told to be at the establishment in one 1/2 hour. I arrived and then they told me they are closed because they had no other clients. So I ask - why was I told to arrive at a certain time? I happily would have scheduled for another day. This is unacceptable. Shame on you for treating people this way."

"Kicked me out at 5:30 after refusing to fix my half done nails after not being able to finish them because he started a design he couldn’t finish/do. He should have just told me he didn’t feel confident doing the design before starting it. A simple cheetah print. Nothing major. Been here several times. Only the lady who works here is capable of doing anything besides a basic solid color. Left me with half done nails telling me “we close at 6 (again it wasn’t even 6) come back tomorrow “ even after I kindly explained I couldn’t come back tomorrow and asking him to paint them all pink and not leave me with horribly colored nails that made no sense. He refused and I ended up leaving at 5:35 with two black nails, two brown nails, and one totally unpainted nail. Definitely lost a common comer today."

"While on vacation I took my 90 year old grandmother here and was truly impressed, so was she! The service was outstanding and meticulous! Wow! Laser focused! Grandma was excited to get her toes and nails done! We'll bring her back again! I really appreciate the kindness and consideration I observerd. They were welcoming and knew many customers by their first name. Greatful they were staffed appropriately to accept grandma as a walk in without hesitantation even though they were busy."
