"Had a great experience at Sally Beauty. The girls working at the counter were really kind and helpful. I asked where I could find a hair product to repair damaged hair. The employee led me right to where I would find Siri products that would help me with that. She explained different things like how they work and what I could use. The atmosphere of the story was really calm. The music wasn't too loud, not so annoying. The store was pretty nicely kept, organized, and clean."

"Savanah the manager here was very rude and loud about an exchange question I had. She told me I should go to corporate because she did not want to deal with my exchange. Yulissa the other girl working was really nice about it though, she was really patient while Savanah was upset. Savanah was sarcastic and laughed when she said "have a nice day" as I walked out of the store clearly upset that they were forcing me keep a color i did not want."

"They are so helpful! You have to ask for help as they also aren't pushy, which is a boon IMHO. The lady there was very friendly and walked me through all my options and directed me to some great products. Love this store!"

"I had a horrible experience in that store on Saturday, May 19th and have been a long term customer. I knew exactly what I was looking for and went to the isle while a clerk stood at the end of the isle and didn't take her eyes off me. Then another clerk stood across from her and did the same. It was as if they expected me to steal and bolt from the store. There was absolutely nothing about my demeanor to suggest that and I even told them I felt uncomfortable being so intently watched but nothing changed. I made my purchase and left. If that is how I am to be treated I will shop elsewhere. Sally's should be a fun experience but I am done. Those clerks should be fired and have zero customer relation skills."
