The hair cut was so spot on and brilliant. The spa treatment you get while they do your hair was so nice!! Don’t walk here RUN !! Very professional and great service all around"

"I went in a couple weeks ago as an older transwoman needing a femme haircut, and Jordan gave me a wonderful cut that I can wear multiple ways--and she gave me some helpful tips too! Everyone there was very kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and relaxing with a nice large water feature in the middle of the room. It was a delightful experience, and it didn't take long either. Y'all have my gratitude. When I can afford it and need a new do, this is at the top of my list of places to go nearby. Apologies for the delay in posting this. :)"

"This place is horrible. I am pregnant and booked an appointment for a hair spa and facial service. I called in to check what kind of accommodation they would provide before arriving itself. They said they would be able to make me comfortable but however did not take any notes of what I wanted. After I went in for the facial, I had to explain everything about how I wanted the setup to be. I was asked questions about any products I was allergic to, and then the service provider took a lot of time to get back to me with an answer on whether their products had any ingredients that I mentioned. And all this time, the clock was ticking and when the service did start finally, I was told that they were running out of time and would not be able to complete the facial. I obviously didn’t wanted to pay for a service in full if it would not be completed, so I canceled. I was not told anything about being charged despite of not getting the service done. Later when I finally went to pay, then the manager tells me acting very cool about the whole thing that I still have to pay 50% fee for the facial. I paid 45$ for absolutely nothing, will never go back to this place. What is interesting is the manager did not even bother to check if I was willing to reschedule. She is just interested in getting me to pay! Worst customer service. All they want is just money! Never visit this place!! Wish I could give zero stars and manage to put up this review. Edit after seeing this reply: I never asked to cancel the service first. I looked out for your provider and when she was not around, I saved her time by rearranging the bed myself. Not sure how that is a problem! I did ask for my phone, but you are mentioning it as something that took a lot of time, my phone was right beside me, but I couldn’t reach it and asked for help, since I had a situation going on in my house. And I think it makes sense to check on allergies and product information before the service, not after the service starts. It took good time for her to get back to me with this information. She mentioned to me after starting the service that I will have to pay in full for the service and she doesn’t have enough time for 1 hour facial I booked and would only get 30 mins or it. it Why would I want to continue and pay in full for a service when I don’t get the full benefit?? Also till I arrived to make payment, I was not given the slightest hint of 50% charges I would pay. Instead of charging me like that, you could have arranged for a rescheduled booking right?! I have been to service in other places before and I understand the time crunch, but I never had such a bad experience where I was not offered the service and also pay penalty of 50% charge. Don’t know how this is a good customer service or a way to treat customers."
