"I had to beg her to do my eyebrows the way I wanted and they are just the way they are when I came in . I’m from out of state so I wanted to try someone new and she ruined my experience. They cannot do eyebrows at all and they will argue with you if you want them thin. 0/10"

"My husband and I have been going here for years for pedicures. Yesterday we went and I told the lady I didn't need or want a pedicure, I just wanted the sugar scrub and paraffin wax with a polish change. I totaled it up and it came to $31. Go to check out and they charged me $41, $10 charge for the water to soak my feet in. There was nothing added to the water either. They have lost a customer. Why can't people just be fair? 2nd rant my husband was getting a pedicure next to me and she dropped the clippers in the ground then just picked them up and started using them. I will be calling this in to the health department. They have lost 2 customers that have been going there for 10+ years"
