"Stopped by today and picked up a pint of strawberries for $4.00. Got them home and, as I was cutting them up, I noticed that, while the top layer was firm and fresh, all of the berries under the top layer were old and mushy! I was ripped off! If Nanneman's needs the money so badly that they'll rip off their customers by selling fruit that should be discarded, they should just start a Go Fund Me page. Never again will I darken their doorstep! If your response is accurate, then whoever is picking and packing your berries is doing you a disservice because other than the top layer, these berries were mushy. I'm not about to drive 20 miles to return them to you; you've lost my business and that fact does not seem to concern you in the least."
