"It is a suitable place for anyone who wants to buy halal food and ready-made oriental dishes"
"Poor service, the manager lies and is very rude. (I walk in, he says store is closed, he asks what I need, I tell him just a small ghee. He says he only has large ghee. I look around, and I see Turk/arab people happily shopping, I also see small ghee jars on shelf. So I walked out. You lied to me and this was my final visit for you to give hateful look and churlish remark to me.)"
"Ok big problem number one I found green chicken right in front at the "fresh" meat department, i tried to tell the so called butcher and he just acted like I wasn't speaking which is problems number two, they don't speak English if you ask for stakes or tenderloin they just mutter and look at the wall, they don't look very clean the one butcher grabbed beef and tossed it in a white shopping then grabbed chicken with the same gloves after that he started touching other things and didn't take his gloves off or changed his gloves, so i would like to leave no star but i dont have that option, halal stores should be held to a higher standard but i have yet to see that"
"Really frustrated that they locked customers out before 1245 on a Friday with no warning. Closing for Juma is fine, but update your hours on Google and then close when you say you are going to close. Don’t turn us away before your sign says you are going to close and don’t just put a sign up when you lock the doors. You should have a sign there all week saying you are closed for Jumah so people that normally come earlier in the week (like me) know not to come to your store on Fridays. I drove for an hour and came back with no meat and no basmati rice. My husband wasted half of his day driving to another store on the other side of Portland. Very disappointed with the lack of communication to customers."
"I hate to drive to a halal store to find no fresh meat or products. I was so happy and surprised with the amount of products and fresh meat. I will tell everyone I know about how wonderful this store is. Also the people that worked there were very helpful and friendly. Thank so much for a wonderful shopping experience."
