"I wanted to share how much customers/clients mean to Heather, we were leaving on a Wed. very early and I had forgotten to get my sons inserts for his new shoes and mine. I knew he would not know what to get and he would be in a hurry after school. I called Heather explained what I needed and she got it all ready for my teenager to pay for and pick up in minutes! She was so kind to my (Giant 6' 4" Italian teenager) I have also brought my favorite shoes in that have become "loose" as I have lost weight fearing that I would need to buy new shoes and guess what HEATHER TO THE RESCUE!!
