"I've never left a poor review on a business in my life, even when dissatisfied. However, I'm making a well deserved exception in this case! I paid to have my entire house floored, and felt the service was great and my floor looked nice. 6 months later my floor was peeling up and nobody had even lived in the house. I returned to Pendleton floors and told this to the owner. He said he would send someone out to fix it. 2 months later nothing had been done, and I returned to his store with photographs and a request for repairs. I was told this type of floor doesn't hold up to hot, cold, or sunshine and it would be an ongoing issue. I suggested as a business owner selling product, he might want to inform a customer of this before they purchase said floor. Normally people expect floors to hold up reasonable use! The owner was rude and dismissive and told me it "was my fault" all I wanted was someone to go out and glue the stuff down.....make it right. I will NEVER do business with this outfit again, and advise others to not count on them standing behind their work. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere."

"I would not advise you to do business with Pendleton Floors. I got a flooring item from them and returned it 4 days later. It hadn’t been cut or opened. Instead of $152 credit I only got $122. When I called the owner to ask why I didn’t get a full refund I was told it was a restocking fee, sorry for my bad luck and hung up on. This is very rude and bad business."
