"Will Never use this piping again! After installing some 1" PVC piping from Rocky Mountain Colby pipe company on a commercial repair that had an entire apartment complex water shut off.. was back filling my trench and started to see water bubbling up. Then the piping separated from the mechanical fitting used to couple the piping together(due to a flaw or defect in the Rocky Mountain Colby piping that made the piping smaller around in diameter) and started a huge flood, 100s of gallons of water lost till the city water department came and turned off water under an emergency call out. #. I lost a huge client because of the improper pipe sizing flaw and had entire apartment complex furious with no water for 8hrs in 112° heat. #2. Contacted Rocky Mountain Colby Company months ago to get problem figured out and losses taken care of only to be ignored and never contacted back after many attempts to settle my situation. #3. Lost a whole day (8hrs) of other jobs that day along with another plumber to assist in the emergency caused by bad piping. #4. Tried to contact them again today only to have the HR try to lead me to an email instead of actually taking care of the situation that has had me at a loss of around $2500 for almost 6 months now. #5 I lost a huge client, never had an apology or any type of remorse for my loss, and was hung up on by the HR after asking her to please leave a message for Alicia (the owner). I will never use Rocky Mountain Colby piping again and will make sure no one i know does either. Thanks for your wonderful business!"
