"Stopped by today to a get a visor to surprise my husband for his birthday, I asked the guy up front for help, showed him the specs from another visor that fits my husband helmet. The guy looks at me, tells my the ONLY way he can help is if I bring the helmet in. I explained it was surprise and I can't bring the helmet in without running the surprise. I asked if him to help with the specs I had and he just sat there, starring at me with a blank look, like I'm an idiot for even thinking he would waste his time trying to help me. I will not go there ever again. This is why no one buys local. Amazon it is."
"I purchased a Banshee from this dealer. At the time of purchase, I was told the Banshee had never been titled (The dealer did not have the title). I reached to the department of motor vehicles in my state to ensure that I could title the vehicle (based on the information that the owner of the dealership had provided). The state I reside in assured me that I could title the vehicle (as long as the vehicle had not been titled). When I attempted to title the vehicle, the highway patrol (during vin inspection) informed me that the vehicle had a title and the vin number had been modified. I have made several attempts to contact the owner of the dealership (to resolve the problem). The owner is never available and will not return my calls. I am now left with moving forward with legal proceedings. I have contacted my lawyer and the dealer will have to deal with the recourse of a fraudulent transaction (which is a major legal matter)"
"I pulled into this dealership today to meet up with a friend to go riding. When I got there I noticed that my rear brake fluid was nearly empty. I went inside and talk to the manager and he came out and topped off the reservoir and said have a nice ride. He was really nice about my situation and was more than willing to help me. I have a lot of admiration and respect for people like him. I had an awesome ride because of him, he really made my day. . .Thanks again!"
"Incompetent senior mechanic (the shop owner). GO TO HONDA WORLD!!! Brought in a lower triple tree to have the old steering bearing pulled as I do not have the correct tool and did not want to damage the triple clamp. I left it with the younger guy at the front, told them there was no rush. The grumpy owner called the next week to tell me he pressed the steering tube THROUGH the aluminum lower clamp to pop the bearing off (probably doesn't have the right tool). Charged me $40! This shade-tree method required so much force it mushroomed the upper section of the steel steering tube, deforming the threads enough that the top bolt would not thread in, and I had to bring it back in to have the threads chased, (for which I got a ton of attitude from the old guy). I also had to carefully file down the OD of the steering tube so the top clamp would go back on. Terrible service and even worse mechanical skills. For someone who claims to have been in business for 40+ years, this was pathetic! GO TO HONDA WORLD! They are super nice, very knowledgeable and work on all makes and models..."
"This place is AWESOME! I talked to Storm about a flat tire on my road trip. He actually had ONE tire available! It was a little wider but it works. Me and my friends were on a road trip from Bellingham, WA to Crescent City, CA (got home today). I ended up getting a flat tire just north of the Sea Lion Caves. We couldn't find any place with tires nearby. I got a hotel in Florence and I ended up calling this place in the morning and they were more than happy to help me! They were extremely busy so said if I can get a tow and be there early enough, they will get me on the road the same day. I got there about 1pm and they worked together to get my new tire put on and we got back on the road within the hour. I am very happy this place cares enough to do an emergency tire change! They actually have great prices. My tire and labor was cheaper than my first tow lol I definitely recommend these amazing people❤️"
