"There items are over priced. And the staff is rude and unprofessional. I rather order my stuff online. They followed me around like I was going to steel thing. I asked for help with what to use, and they wouldn't show me where it was. I brought up 3 different things being the wrong ones. Customer service has really went down hill in the last couple years."

"This place is a trip. I came in, having to throw together my wedding in a month. Overwhelmed as I have never been to a wedding lol, NOT being a Karen mind you. I asked if there were wedding decorations. She wanted to know what kind, I was unsure. She told me no. They dont have a wedding section to go to. Okaaaay, between Amazon and a trip to Bend to Hobby Lobby, I spent over 6000. Then, last week, I went in again. I had time to look around the whole store. I LITERALLY could have spent EVERY PENNY at JoAnn Fabric lol, the person that owns it must be terrible. Never enough staff, they are always frazzled and at the end of thier rope. I don't go here. Zero stars lol"

"Always very helpful. Was looking for supplies to alter a suit jacket. Got what was needed to fix with some help from the staff. Was originally going to find a seamstress to do it could not find one in town. At the checkout was talking to the cashier she had a card for one. Next time will give her a call and not try an figure it out. Thank you for the help Joanns."

"Very nice to have JOANN's so close, and our cashier was wonderful! But the store itself left a little to be desired.. maybe we just caught them on the day before restocking, because the shelves were very bare and the selection was way down. What was there was exceptional! And I found some of what I was after! So I will be going back to check again"
