"Knez used to be great. Help you figure out your order, deliver it in a timely manner.... Not anymore! 64hrs after I called in my order they called to tell me it would cost over $250 to deliver. The delivery would happen 3 days from the call back 5+ days from initial order and they still didn't know the cost of my order. Thanks for delaying my build and offering me the "I don't want your business" delivery options!"

"As a retired GC turned Real Estate Broker I tend to think I still have "connections" so when we built our shop I called a few to give us prices to insulate. Not only were they outrageously priced they were a tad bit arrogant. Not KNEZ though. Omar contacted me, met me on site, listened to be ramble on about my opinion then gave me his and within a few days we had a written estimate that was a quarter of the price of the others. The office was easy to reach and talk with and scheduling was a breeze too! Then when installation day came the crew showed up, introduced themselves & informed me they were aware of my "rules" (no cussing, no loud music & no smoking on our property) and got to work. They were polite, worked hard, cleaned up and were very respectful. I can assure you I will call and refer KNEZ again and again. 5 Star Service indeed!!"

"One of their inspector Francisco Meneses would waste your time. I called Knez in Tigard whether they could send me an inspector located in Slalem. Their response was very quick, I got him at my house the same day, on Wednesday, 1pm. I was so impressed with him came over here on time. The crawl space of my house needs to be cleaned up all junks, the ducts need to be sealed and insulated. He didn't crawl but found that the main duct needs to reach to the garage, where placed the furnace. A water pipe in the garage burst during those awful freezing days in last December. So his inspection and suggestion were very impressive and helpful to me. I wish if I could be afford to get things done at one time though, my budget was only 4,000 My house is built in 70' and crawl space is approx.1700 sqf). I honestly told him about the budget and I would eventually finish up all after refinancing my mortgage was done. Energy Trust of Oregon's guide lines requires us to use hi quality but more expensive materials. He told a quote would be sent by an email around 9am on next day. I was waiting for it but never heard anything all day. I called him at 10am on Friday, then asked when I would get a quote. He apologized and told that he was going to send it in 3 hours. I waited for it 3hours but no emails, no calls, nothing. I called him again at 3pm. He apologized, excused and asked me another 15minutes. I didn't got anything again!!. I called the (could be main)office in Tigard. A lady apologized and said "He wasn't lazy, it's so busy for our inspectors for now. I would send you it in few minutes." Anything never came to me. I am not idiot. If they don't want deal with any low budget projects, it's totally fine. They could have told me off "Sorry, our schedule is full." What a heck!! I was treated like a dog poop which the owner never picked up!! In the end, I want to ask you whether you wouldn't mind being cheated like that? Thanks for reading!!"
