"I wish I could give zero stars! I bought a bed a couple weeks ago. One piece was missing and the sales manager had told me they ordered that and that they were going to fix it soon. A couple weeks after, and not hearing from them, I called to follow up. After like 10 calls and talking with different people, I was directed to the service associate, Kaitlyn Anderson. After explaining the situation and with all those frustrations, not only didn’t she help me put a service request, but also she yelled at me and hung up on me. She kept giving me wrong information. I told her that I couldn’t take another day off to just get the bed checked, and I asked if they could fit me in on Friday when I had another delivery, she kept screaming at me and then she hung up!! I called again, and she did the same and after a couple minutes of aggression and yelling, she hung up on me again!!! She doesn’t respond anymore and I don’t know what to do with that!! I can’t believe what I have experienced with the service associate!! I haven’t paid tons of money to be yelled at! This is just unbelievable! They just treat you nicely until they sell! If you ever face any issues with your order, just forget about your money and save yourself some headaches!! Stay away from them!"

"Average. Sales people are off and on. Bed seems good, but she didn’t mention I needed to order a box springs separately. So, price went up.."

"The buying experience was smooth, and Brett was a delight. We purchased a Flexsteel couch with dual powered recliners. While the couch is beautiful, if you care about the included ability to charge your devices then you may want to reconsider as Flexsteel really skimped on their button console with USB plugs and it is a slow charger, not rapid, and does not work with all charging cables. Also, the buttons are not very ergonomic and are hard to feel for the correct button. The placement of the charging ports in front of the switches is also a poor design choice as it is likely to be damaged while searching for the buttons. Delivery was easy, and they arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, delivery does not come with haul away, and it is not an option for an additional charge, so you will need to figure out how to remove your old unit on your own."

"The wife and spent a few days checking out living room sets at several local dealers. We found a sofa, love seat and rocking recliner at M. Jacobs that was by far the best deal for us. Delivery and set up was completed professionally and promptly, at no charge. We appreciated the salesman's assistance as well. Couldn't be happier with our purchase"

"Amazing quality furniture and super nice and helpful salespeople. We well buy there again for sure. Unfortunately my truck was only big enough for the console loveseat. They will be delivering our couch early in the week. Delivery is included with purchase at no extra charge."
