"Never went to this harbor freight before and glad I stopped by. They had a lot of good sales going . The staff were super friendly and helpful. A couple people there said I must come back March 8,9,10th for there parking lot sale there having. Gonna have a bunch of sweet deals going then they claim. So I imagine I’ll make my way back to see what’s up."

"Well organized store. No diesel exhaust fluid. Tool organizers, Jack's and stands, drills and bits. Painting supplies. Could use more employees working the checkstands. Big parking lot next to KFC, Tacobell and Bi-mart. Lots of items have lifetime warrantys."

"Manager does not adhere to store policies. Purchased a high dollar item and brought it back 3 days later for a refund as it turned out it wasn't needed. She insisted I pay $120 "restocking fee" even though I was verbally told, and it's posted on the website, that items returned unopened in new condition would be refunded in full. She was rude and insisted it was the new policy. I called corporate headquarters and they confirmed that their policies had not changed, she was wrong and that I was eligible for a full refund. Glad I didn't let her steal $120 from me. I drove 6 miles to the Eugene store. Was met with happy friendly staff that had me in and out, with a full refund processed in under 4 minutes ! I'll NEVER go back to the Springfield store. No-one should be treated that way by management."

"Younger lady was super helpful, it's a okay place. Some of the stuff is super cheaply made but also have some quality stuff, just depends what your looking for. Glad I stocked up on rachet straps when they were $4 for pack of 4. No longer see them that cheap."
