"The park has amazing potential. It goes without saying you should always watch your kids but even more so with this park since it is located in an area surrounded by drive lines and has no fencing. There is parking on road sides but residents in the surrounding area take most of the spaces as well as the service providers. Be prepared to parallel park if needed. People living in there car tend to park by this park. I counted about 4 or 5 of those people. They were rude and didn't try to interfere with me or my children. Wishing all those people the best. There is only one grill which is blocked by tree so you can't see the playground well. It is dirty so be prepared to clean it if you are going to use it. The lack of public grill is Salem s really disappointing. The splash pad was off and the community board was still up. There is a bus stop at the park for schools at the park. I'd go back because of the grill only. It's wasn't the best park but it does have a grill."
"Super small!! Also there is always trash everywhere and usually has some very menacing looking people both in the park and parked all around in their cars just sitting in them almost as if they're waiting to kidnap children."
"Has a cute little water park but the rest of the park is for older children. The slide is so tall! So are the swings, my two year old couldn't even swing on her belly they were so tall. We did enjoy all the grass and were able just to play with sticks and run around"
"Tucked in behind Safeway where a lot of folks don't even realize it's there. Nice quiet place to enjoy a little sunshine and visit with a friend. A few small kids having a good time playing on the swings, but not so noisy that you couldn't hold a conversation. The water feature is fun for the kids & dogs to play in during the summer."
