"Great hardware selection. The owner suffers from “Monopoly Syndrome”. She knows that she’s the only show in town so she can afford to treat her customers disrespectfully. Sad. The rest of the staff is patient and actually help their customers."

"If you're looking for terrible customer service, bad attitudes and overall sad experience then Maverick hardware is the place for you. I brought old hinges in to be matched into a new color that they then ordered for me. I ended up receiving the wrong hinges. I was told they don't have a return policy even for mistakes made by them and that I would be offered a in-store credit. After refusing their offer they proceeded to hang up the phone and avoided any type of responsibility for the mistake. I would try anywhere other than Maverick hardware before I bought hinges for another kitchen. Between the terrible company policies and overall bad attitudes that you receive through the entire process it's just not worth the risk to do business with these people."

"I was happy to find the brackets We were looking for a locally. We paid twice as much, quite literally, then Amazon to get them the same day for a job. When we ended up not needing as many and wanted to return them the very next day they told us that they have no way to credit us. That they do no returns, exchanges or any other options for people looking to do returns at all. I'm never heard of a hardware company never allowing a return especially when it's the very next day. I highly suggest people looking elsewhere for their hardware. I can't even imagine what would happen if our product was in some way defective. Definitely the first and last time we ever used this company in our construction business."

"I purchased 4 cabinet door hinges, wasn't exactly sure what I needed. They sold me a set of hinges that were the wrong overlay. I called to ask if they had the overlay I needed, she explained they did but couldn't take back the ones I just bought.....something about contractors not willing to take back returned hinges. They could have easily explained that to me when I bought them but conveniently left that unspoken. I never installed them but they weren't willing to listen. Avoid them if possible, there are a lot of other options on the internet. They apparently do not like walk in public!!!!!"

"Handed me a piece of paper to write down what I liked. When I went to order it they used the number I wrote down and never double checked it! Wrong product comes, fortunate they let me return it, but was charged a restocking fee and shipping on the correct product. No ownership on not ordering things correctly... it has taken over a month to get the correct product, and I'm out $100!"
