"I always pick up my prescriptions here because the pharmacy people have been so nice until this afternoon 12/5/19. A lady by the name of Rosa Maria was incredibly rude. There was line separation between pick up and drop off, I saw her at the drop off computer so I walked up because there wasn't a line. I asked to drop off my prescription, she was rude and told me to wait until she was ready, when she asked for my ID she just said, after being dead silent, "ID". No please or thank you. She then snatched my ID out of my hand, then said it'll be 45 min. Wow, I think I'll shop somewhere else."
