"Great gym. Friendly staff. Angie was very descriptive and helpful whilst I was signing up. Definitely recommend."
"We love this gym. I take the kids here very often to do my physical therapy while they swim. The only thing that I wish they would invest in is a REAL family locker room or dressing room. It's just a bathroom. You cannot call it a family room. It's false advertising. There's no way to shower with your kids, there is no changing table. Especially with all the swim lessons. It's a bench with some hooks to hang your stuff and a toilet. There is plenty of opportunity to create one and it would minimize a lot of traffic. It was great when my kids were young enough to go in the locker room with me, but now it's really inconvenient and we bring extra towels to lay on the floor and bench when we all get dressed. Shouldn't be that way (:"
"Nothings ever put away these days. Re-racking weights needs to be enforced more. Great facility in a lot of ways but the mess is getting tiresome. Weight room is missing some dumbbells for months now. Space needs to be utilized better and more equipment added , over the years some equipment has been taken away and with no replacement. Coffee bar is awesome yes, however, the weight room is in need of attention. Just a few photos of weights left on and missing dumbbells and benches. * update — More equipment removed. Great job Courthouse… way to utilize the room you have… Closing my membership and going elsewhere was the right decision after all"
"This place is nice and all but the fees and prices are ridiculous. $65 +$5 processing fee every month. $70 dollars in total every month which is a very premium price to pay for a gym membership. The fees are what got me most angry, there was a sign up fee of $75 on top of the standard membership price so just getting a membership was about $145. Just recently I decided to cancel my membership because I had my schooling startup again and couldn't make it anymore but I was planning to go back after my school year was complete but never again. Their so called "No Commitment" also comes with a $75 cancelation fee. They said you can waive the fee if you take some of their lifestyle training classes. Sorry not everyone has time to enroll in such courses, some of us just want to head to the gym and do a workout and not be forced to take a course to waive a fee and at $70 a month you should have the option to do so and not worry about fees. Why don't yall offer a plan where you pay a steady subscription and don't have to worry about signing up for some unnecessary courses?"
"Looks very fancy when you walk in. It looks like they take care of it very well. Yeah they don’t. I’m not gonna lie their massage chairs and massage room is nice and all. And their massage chairs are high quality. But If you want to go swimming. Don’t just don’t. The hot tub water almost looks brown. The pool is filled with dirt and grime they pay 0 attention to pool cleaning. The dividers for the section of the pool are dirty. Like so dirty you can visibly see the grossness."
