"I have gotten my bike put back together at Olson's. The owner himself is a very nice guy, he fixed my bike at a enexpensive price and I was very happy with the great job he performed on my bike and that was the first time I visit at Olson's Bicycle. Very clean store, well organized and a great place to buy or get your bike fixed."
"I took my bike in the have the brakes repaired, new tubes, new tires and have the front hub serviced. I’ve had it back about a week and the brakes are very loose, the back wheel was never tightened down or aired up fully and when I brought it to their attention they just shrugged it off like nothing ever happened. Oh the back wheel rubs when I put a lot of torque on the crank, never did that before. While the price was right, the quality and professionalism was not."
"Mike (and this place) is an absolute gem! It is beyond difficult to get your bike fixed these days with so many repair shops either closed or backed up. Even here, the repair queue was long but Mike offered on his own to help me with removing my freewheel (so I could at least proceed on my own to replace a spoke) when I called asking about buying tools because I didn't have the right removal tool. Helped me get up and running (well, riding) in time for the holiday fireworks - and I so needed that! And even though this place is like half an hour away from home, I'm going to make a point of shopping here for parts and tools and even repairs. Thanks Mike, both for the timely help and for the advice about spoke and tube replacement - it worked just fine!"
"Mike has given me discounts helped me out when in two days I shredded both tires when I was ready riding to work first day was rear tire the second was first spent $45 on each tire that were hybrid tires luckily he had the right size in stock worked ever since he's also given me discounts on locks water holders breaks. He has even adjusted a few things on several of my bikes that only took him approx 2-3 mins to correct at no charge."
"I brought my Trek Fuel EX in to be looked over and tuned up. The bicycle is covered under a Trek Care Warranty plan and about two years old. I asked the owner if he could look the bike over and replace any parts that needed to be replaced under my extended warranty plan. He charged me half the price of a regular tune-up. He oiled the chain and that was about it. The bike wasn't cleaned while it was in which was fine. I didn't expect to be cleaned, but it would've been nice if it was. But when I took it on the trails the week later, my brakes were making noise like before and I had noise coming from my front shock tower. It seemed as though, they hadn't gone through my bike thoroughly when it was in and also didn't let me know that I should have the brakes bleed on my bike once a year since it uses Dot 3 brake fluid. I'm now getting my bike properly gone through and repaired at another shop. I'm not impressed with the service I received here. They really dropped the ball on me."
