"The positive aspects with the exception of the last appointment is that the stylist was helpful seeming to do her best but unfortunately declined in the quality of her work. The review is based on several appointments with one stylist. The best appointment was the first time. Moving forward I noticed a premium Deva cut charge when specifically requesting NO Deva cuts (easy money when they can stick the scissors where they want without actually providing a quality haircut). More than once stylist spent 5 minutes at most "cutting" my hair. Although she told me that I could return to get color and cuts fixed, going back for something that should been done right in the first place is a lose situation. I was overcharged, toward the end scheduling became less accommodating again to fix their 5-minute haircut, while at first stylist managed to work with some over-processed hair and it came out well, they weren't as careful the next time. The unfortunate truth is that this is a form of theft; theft of time , theft for over charging for a service that wasn't requested and for not doing the work that was paid for."

"Walked in for a wash and blow-dry. Very friendly and welcoming team. Taylor, the stylist, was fantastic! An amazing wash and dry; one of the best I've ever had. Knowledgable professionals, Quality work and products. When in Salem, be sure to go!"

"I am very, very happy with my hair done by Raelyn. She was fantastic. She did a great job with my cut and color. My hair isn't hard but does need the right touch. She listened very well and really paid attention to details. She responded well to my requests while adding her expertise. She was fast but thorough. In all my years of getting my hair done she is the ONLY person who has ever blown out my hair without turning it to a frizzy mess - including myself. While this seems small, it also showed me she really understands my hair. And hair in general. I highly recommend her. And will definitely be back to her, It isn't often I find someone who can really cut my hair well. Many people think they can but don't do a great job, even experienced stylists. She is talented and conscientious. Highly recommend."
