"I am going to Italy in April. Having done some reach search on what I can expect for weather, rainy. Needed a pair of really good walking shoes, waterproof. The patience, depth of knowledge, and fabulous communication skills I was treated with... well I have found my go-to shoe shop. Foot comfort is so incredibly important always..and especially when traveling. It can make or break the entire trip. Oh, and I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes. The all important water proof sneakers, a super cute pair for nicer days and to wear with a skirt and a pair for work. Could not be happier. Thank you so very much."

"I was frantically trying to find a pair of sandals for my trip to Italy with only 2 weeks to spare. I went into this shop and picked out 3 pairs to try. I told the associate what I was needing and she brought out a pair of Ecco sandals and encouraged me to try them. I turned up my nose because they were NOT the style I was looking for, but I tried them on to humor her. Holy smokes they were my saving grace! I wore them every day of my trip with little to no foot pain. That is something for someone with falling arches, internal pronation, and plantar fasciitis. I appreciated the knowledge and gentle encouragement to try something I didn’t think I wanted, but definitely needed! I will be back!"

"This store rarely has time for a customer. I happened to be on that side of town and since the sign stated "open" I assumed that meant I could go in to take a quick peek. The clerk looked at the clock several times and stared me down. I stated I wanted to just take a quick peek and was curtly told I had 5 minutes. I will take my business either online or travel to a different community to support a business who values a customer."

"Today, I went shopping at Heritage Mall in Albany. We were treated horribly as soon as we came into the door. We DON'T want to be yelled at to have Your hand sanitizer put on our hands! Wearing a mask is bad enough. It makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. We won't be back."

"I went into this store on June 20, 2020 to purchase shoes for returning back to work after a 3 1/2 month long furlough. Dylan was the associate who helped me. Since masks were required to shop in the store, I explained to Dylan that I rely on lip reading, and he was incredibly helpful in this situation. Not only did he help me get exactly what I needed to return to work, but he was extremely professional and friendly in the process. My daughter was also in attendance during this visit, and based on this encounter she said she will return to this store for her Birkenstocks. Never during this pandemic have I left a store feeling as happy as I did, all thanks to Dylan."
