"I’m so upset. I took 2 bags of clothing, all very expensive items, all Abercrombie , American eagle, guess, lucky and rest bought at miss meers. 8 pairs of shoes all with price tags still on $200-$400 never worn, brighten purse with storage bag ect. I buy a lot without trying on first so many still had tags on them. Restyle asked if I wanted to donate after the end period and so I said yes. Never in a million years did I expect them to “donate” everything but 6 items, before even trying to sell them. I handed over thousands of dollars in clothing and over $1700 in just shoes and a purse. Common sense would have said, if we can’t take this many items we should reach back out as a courtesy to ask what I wanted to do. My best guess is every employee at Restyle donated my items to them self. I will never consign or even shop at restyle ever again."

"I enjoy this store. Good selection of new and used, clothing and home goods, etc. I don't love their consignment system but it's nice to have a more up-scale-ish but accessible option in the area and deeply appreciate the ethics of second-hand."

"Found this new store this past weekend as we are moving to the area and what a gem. Love the layout chocolates and plants. Also; I wanted to address a few recent reviews. I’ve been a consignment store owner for over a decade and often times training staff to know what to take is really hard. If a store does not accept your things it’s not personal it’s because they have had a hard time selling them in the past because they know their customers. & if you have a encounter where you feel like they should have accepted things e-mail the store and ask why. Looking forward to shopping here more soon!"

"I’ve shopped at Restyle for years and have always enjoyed my experience. However, the last time I went in, I brought items to consign, virtually brand new items that were recently purchased, and labels that the store takes. I was told they weren’t the style of the store. What really gets me, when my daughter and I were browsing, we found several items with stains down the front. Also, what was available seemed dowdy and out of style in my mind. My daughter agreed. I felt insulted. I noticed they didn’t have as much to choose from either. If you want to buy expensive new clothes (never found anything I was willing to buy), then this is the store for you. Probably, won’t be back."
