"Bought chains from the Albany store talked to the manager and told him size I needed got there and purchased chains, went home to get them on and realized the manager Jeff sold me the wrong size! Called him and asked him for a refund because he sold me the wrong size and he refused. The bag doesn’t at all say my tire size so now I’m out $250! What great customer service thanks Jeff! I believe you are a rip off and I don’t believe people should shop with u! Thank u for ur response but that is a lie. I talked to Jeff twice which refused me a refund on his mess up!!!! I also called back and the other sells associates told me Jeff said no and would not approve the refunds!!"

"Had a long windshield crack. Wanted to try to stabilize it, but one of the people knew that none of the adhesives would help unless the crack got properly drilled. He's probably right-- and saved me some money. 5 stars for the good recommendation, even though it lost them money."

"Tried to return a belt, never used, had it in the back of the car for 2 weeks. IMO perfectly fine no cracks or worn signs... pictures included. With packaging and receipt. The guy who said he was the manager, after inspecting it declined my request arguing I used it. Very frustrating customer experience. When I know it never left the back of my car, but a very young guy tells you different. Manager experience on customer service should be required before promoting anyone."

They even talked me through questions after purchase over the phone about reinstalling my alternator. Super thankfull to the staff, much appreciated!"
