"Had an appointment with Bri. She is a very nice lady. That's why I gave 2 stars. Anyway, I went in yesterday for a textured semi-aline bob (no bangs). I showed her pictures of exactly what I wanted. When she was finished, I had a Carol Brady-type haircut! With bangs! The one thing I did get was layers in the back which were too short. I won't be going back."
