"A few years ago I got referred by a friend to Vanessa. It is a nightmare I still think about today. She put on lashes that caused my entire lashes to fall out. I had to get them professionally removed and they advised me to go to the better buisness bureau and have her closed down. She gave me my money back so I decided not to. Looking back I see how her actions were completely on purpose. She is friends with my bf’s ex who hates me. For someone who has done lashes for “yearsss” there is no reason she should’ve messed up so bad. My natural lashes were clumped to the extensions in a way that caused so much pain. She said it was normal so I waited a few more days to see if I was just sensitive. I couldn’t bear the pain and saw a different place, all the girls circled around me and gave me looks of concern. I have no idea how someone who supposedly teaches others how to do this can do this to another human. It’s disgusting. I have attached pictures of the work the estheticians had to remove from my poor eyes. I don’t believe someone who would be spiteful like that to a young girl in her 20s should be allowed to touch anyones face, nor teach others bad habits."
