She asked me what haircut I wanted and I explained it to her and she knew right away what I wanted. She worked her magic! "Terrible service and over priced for the service I requested. I got an all over color and the lady that died my hair gave me hot roots. The die she put in my hair didn't saturate all my strands so I have uneven color. She left the die in my hair for over an hour and thirty minutes and fried my hair. My scalp is flaking soo much from the chemical burn. Please do not go here. I had to go to a different place and pay more to fix it."

"Went here to get my hair done thinking the girl who did my hair was Faby. I thought i had spoke and scheduled my appointment with Faby but it was someone else who was doing my hair! & she also was late to the appointment. There was no communication there. Had showed the lady what i wanted and my hair came out a different color after a few days of my hair getting washed out. The hair isn’t bad but it was definitely something i did not want. Before you make an appointment make sure to let whoever on the phone know you want to schedule with the right person! Don’t make the mistake i did. I had asked to speak to Faby but apparently the girl who picked up the phone didn’t speak or understand english. So i had booked an appointment with the wrong girl thinking it was Faby because the phone went straight to someone else when the lady who couldn’t understand english picked up. I wanted to book another appointment with Faby but she had told me she would have to charge me for fixing my hair but it wasn’t my fault that someone else had done it for me and didn’t tell me they weren’t Faby (the girl i wanted to do my hair) idk it was really unprofessional and disappointing. Wont come back to get my hair done."

"Great place to get your haircut, very safe and professional. Appointment required but worth it. Adding a quick update forgot to mention the person who cuts my hair her name is Esmeralda and she has great skills I recommend her but everyone in the shop are pros at what they do."
