"Liked the overall feel of the salon but she had her friend come in for a haircut after putting my foils in( not upset at that). Then they sat there speaking Spanish for the next 30 minutes that I was there. She didn’t leave the bleach in long enough so my ends are orange instead of blonde and totally not matching the kids of my hair. She also didn’t allow the toner to sit on my hair so I don’t think it did anything. As well as she did a “trim” that consisted of taking almost 6 inches off my hair and thinning my hair so bad it won’t even stay in a ponytail which I did not ask her to do. Overall just not satisfied with what I got and how much I paid for it"
