"I have been to many Walmart stores across the US. This location is clean, and the outside is very appealing. However, it is small inside and not like no other store I have been in. It is the closest one from where I live. From the minute I walked in, I was displeased it is set up in a cluster. This store is more the size of a Neighborhood Market, not a Super Center. I came home after driving 1 1/2 hrs with half of what I wanted. I'm sure if I was closer and got familiar with the setup, I would get used to its size."
"There is no milk to speak of today, though I realize the city is in an unexpected winter storm. I think Walmart could at least post signs on the milk cooler doors to help answer the question of why there is no milk. On the bright side, Kudos to Frint end coach Leta.She has amazing customer service skills. I always see her pitching in where needed, and is always a pleasure to speak with."
"I am standing in line at customer service. Whoever does the scheduling is an idiot!! They have 1 person on Black Friday!! I’m here to pick up western union and this is absurd!! The lady working has had to call someone to help her 6 times so far, she doesn’t even know her job!!! For Christ sake!!! Scheduling person… learn your job!!! I’ve asked 3 employees if they could call for help and 2 of them told me there was no one that could jump on the next register, one finally got someone. 45 mins later!!!!!!!"
