"I was charged $60 when the price on wall says $55- no massage- no cuticles cleaned properly. I’ll be honest I’ve always recommended this place since it opened not too long ago the nails they do are good, but it is not worth what you pay. I had got the most simplest set imaginable to be charged what I was for what you would normally get for that price was absurd. And I must say they lost me as a customer because I feel completely ripped off. It’s only been 24 hours and the outside of my nails look terrible due to them not cleaning the cuticles properly and cutting them before placing acrylic on my nails. On top of that was not sanitary at all anymore."
