"I’ve been going to Rite Aid in McMinnville for years. Best pharmacy and store that provides prescriptions. I’ve lived in a lot of places over the years and the store for exceeds my personal expectations for customer service, which are considered high by most people that know me"

"Pharmacy refused to check if my medication was safe for me with my disease. Absolutely insane Edit: No, your customer service is not enough. Do better by hiring more staff and provide a resource to fix this in store- not through your corporate phone numbers."

"The only issue I have is them not answering the phone. I already called customer service about it and they tried and were on hold for 30 minutes. He told me they are issuing flu and Clovis shots so no one is able to answer the phone. As someone who has worked in a short staffed field it’s no excuse to ignore the phones. It won’t allow me to refill stimulants using the system and have to talk to someone in person, but I can’t do that if they don’t answer the phone. I could go there in person but I live in Carlton so it’s not like it’s really convenient for me do that. Please get it together"

"Does anyone work here? Are your phones set to silent? I have been calling and calling for nearly an hour now and I can't get anyone in the pharmacy and it just reverts back to the main menu. All I wanted to know is if my kids medications are filled yet, that were put in 5 days ago now. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this place. Owners: DO NOT comment on this that your sorry and I should reach out to customer support. Your not sorry, as from reviews below, you continue to let this happen.
