Good News Bbq

"Good News Bbq came to cater an employee lunch on site in their truck, Don came out solo and still killed it. He was so communicative and flexible, very friendly guy. All of the employees loved the food and enjoyed talking to him. At the end they were asking when we could bring him back and numerous comments about Good News is “way better than Famous Dave’s”. I would highly recommend, the bbq was great but I also loved the sweet heat brussel sprouts."

"Food is OK. My wife and I had been trying to support Good News BBq for the last couple years, so we decided to hire Don to cater our wedding. We spent A LOT of money against out better judgement for him to bring his food truck to the venue. When I say a lot I mean close to $11k for only 160 ppl. He shows up late, with a trailer and no food truck that we agreed on and paid extra to have. Zero warning, zero communication of why or what may have happened. Also it seems he was fishing for tips from us and apparently at the wedding from guests. Ive been in the service industry for the better half of 10 years. This is something I absolutely would never do and despise very much. We are at least glad he showed up and was able to feed everyone in which most were happy. We wont be supporting Good News BBQ any longer."

"Melt-in-your-mouth brisket, pulled pork, bacon mac, and coleslaw. Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum!!! Didn't even need any sauce. My husband left for work floating on air. Best meal ever!!"

The brisket, chicken, Mac and cheese, beans and corn bread were perfect and there were many compliments from the party guests. Would definitely hire them again!!"

I had a private catering event for 55 and pulled pork, brisket, bacon Mac, baked beans, and cornbread were served. We also ran a bit over and he was able to accommodate! What a fun time.
