"On Friday night we came in for a early dinner, we’ve came in times prior and received horrible service this time was definitely a change due to our great service , our server tevion did a excellent job with making our dining experience wonderful he remembered everything for our order and made sure everything came out to our standard he was very attentive to our needs and our satisfaction, the only downside of our experience was how all the other staff seemed to stand around doing nothing even the manager totally unprofessional but I wouldn’t mind coming back. Thank you tevion for the amazing service !"

"Sorry, but we will not be returning soon. This always our family’s go to place, but today we will be finding another restaurant. We went in as a group of 4. We ordered coffee and tea. It took around 10 minutes to get that, we ended up ordering our food before getting drinks. Once our food arrived we thought yay! Short lived! My husband ordered a steak, medium, it came back mostly raw. He sent it back 3 times, each time they were putting the same steak back on the grill. Plus all of the little pieces that were being cut off. Finally get a small steak, which is now rubber, along with little rubber pieces of steak. Finally we ask to speak with management… not a good idea, he was extremely unprofessional and lacked training for his position. He said they could take fifty percent off our check, or cook him a whole other steak. We chose the food…. 20 minutes later, no word on anything. Come to find out, no one was going to cook his food.. we were then politely being told to leave. When it came time to pay the bill, we only got a 15 percent discount, not the fifty as promised. The management said that that’s all he could do, even after offering a larger discount. Now on to the plus side. The other food we got was good, our server was decent. It was just a bad night. I feel like more training was needed for the staff"

"My food was okay. My brother-in-law's food was raw. And they brought him back 3 steaks. Except for it wasn't different steaks. It was the same steak. Show cooked wrong second time. It was still raw third time. It was like jerky. The rest of the food was all right but he never got to eat and then they were going to give us a discount on our food and didn't. So overall night was ruined. We'll never come to eat here again!!!"

"Start a terrible place!!!! Never will we come back!! My brother got the steak asked for it to be medium and it came raw!!! When we finally got someone to come to the table (keep in mind it wasn't busy and our table was just 4 adults) they took it back and I'm sure just heated it up same steak same cuts taken off still raw!! Brought back yet again the same steak now over cooked tough and like Jerky!!!! Have asked for manager who we keep getting told they are getting him!! Here he comes said I can comp your meal make you another or give 50% off your order! Manager said OK I'm going to watch the cook!My brother said we'll I'm here for dinner! So about 20 min go by way long enough to cook a steak medium!! My husband goes by the kitchen and nobody is there. So we are done get the check nothing is compensated for manager says i can only take 15% off!! Place is terrible my brother isn't eating tonight because he is too upset and the rest of us didn't enjoy our dinner because we were waiting for him to get his food."

"Came in 4 adults Got seated asked our drink order we told them. Easy 3 coffee 1 tea. Then another waitress came to take our order 1 burger 2 chicken fried chicken and a sirloin cooked medium. Easy right?? No!! We got our drinks about 5 minutes before our food. The steak was raw!! Asked them to fix it they put the same steak back on and brought it back still raw with the same pieces cut and said it was a new one. Came back 3rd time said it was a new steak but same pieces were cut and it was like jerkey!!!!! They said they will cook another and the manager said he would watch the cook this time or give us 50% off of our meal. So we tried again. Waited and waited nobody came to the table. So one of us got up to see what was going on cook and manager both disappeared!! So we went to pay as at this point frustrated and done and one hungry person. Didn't get food discounted they just took the steak off!!! And just for a side not the mashed potatoes tasted like biscuit dough with gravy on top. I hope someone from the bath department goes to this location. We will never eat there again."
