"Went in on Sunday afternoon 3/10/2024 used a coupon for 3 chicken tenders meal. Parking was ample and the building was in good condition. The interior was clean and neat. The ambient temperature seemed quite low. The staff was very friendly and offered opinions for a side option as opposed to the French fries. I chose the Mac and Cheese. The meal was served in a moderate amount of time. Unfortunately the Chicken tenders were overcooked, dry, stringy, and chewy. The biscuit was dry and hard. The Mac and Cheese was the bright spot and was hot and tased good. I’m going to imagine that if it were during a high traffic time and freshly cooked my review might be different. However shouldn’t freshly cooked and tender food be served no matter when it is ordered ? I see from the Google reviews this store only has slightly over a 3 star average so maybe the Franchisee should look at this ?"

"KFC has always been some good eating. The chicken is still very good, but the sides not so much. The biscuits were hard, and the mac and cheese wasn't really all that. The mashed potatoes tasted watery."

"Never had my biscuit be bigger than my chicken before…especially when it costed me $11 for the meal. Needless to say I was disappointed. So I called to tell them about the unusually small chickens and they told me “all the chickens are small, there’s nothing I can do about that” but they did eventually offer to replace the meal at least. Which had normal sized chickens in it that time."

"Went thru the drive thru tonight (Wednesday). Order KFC and burgers. The 3 piece chicken was extra crispy (ordered regular) and TINY for $12 meal. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was cold and hard as a rock. Got apple pies, awful flavor. The burger was good, fries, biscuits mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy were all great! Ran inside when we forgot to order extra biscuits, inside was super clean, and service was good! In the drive thru, we were asked to park up front while they prepare our order, thinking it would all be fresh. Not so much. But What happened to the Colonel?"
