"I hosted my nine-year-old daughter‘s birthday party here today. Kim and John were absolutely incredible and made my daughter and all her friends feel so special and make such an amazing memory today! They gave us fabulous one-on-one attention, and none of my girls felt rushed. The kids also had the option to change their mind several times once they saw the outfit pieces coming together. Such a perfect and memorable experience for all of us. I highly recommend this store!"

"We took our 2 year old granddaughter to get her birthday bear. Kim was outstanding with her. She was patient and kind, having her help “fill” the bear, and a myriad of other little gestures that made the experience so enjoyable for the 2 year old. Then we went to pay and the great experience continued with Jon. He was also kind and caring, did a magic trick our granddaughter found amazing and was a great person to deal with. In these days where customer service is often lacking or non existent, these two went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend them."

"I visited this store with my disabled aunt for her bday today, 11/25/23. She just turned 60, is in a wheelchair, and struggles with her verbal communication. She also struggles with understanding others and occasionally, what's going on around her. The staff at this store did an absolutely amazing job. They were so kind & respectful of her boundaries while still making sure she felt included in every single step. They moved shelves around so she could take pictures with a mascot, got a hand peddle so she could help with stuffing her bear, and spoke to her directly first before asking me or her staff any questions. The silver reindeer mascot was so patient and took the time to move slowly after noticing that they had caught her attention. They were actually able to hold her hand and even dance with her a little which was so amazing. I am so thankful for the patience & understanding every staff member showed. It means the world."

"Great experience, the staff at Build-A-Bear makes a ton of difference. The majority of the workers at the store were very engaged and the kids had a good time getting their animals. We had talked about getting them for years and even though our kids were older it is great to see they still enjoyed it and really liked choosing their animal and accessories. Accessories are separate so be mindful of that other than the birthday bear for their birthday month you might be close to or over $50 per child when it is said and done."

"We took our toddlers here for their first Build-A-Bear experience recently and we are very pleased with the total experience. We arrived at opening which was great for the kids because they need a little extra time/guidance, so an empty store was great for them and us. The worker(sorry I didn’t catch his name) was super friendly and great with both of our kids! The store was clean and well stocked with items to choose from. And in my opinion, fairly priced for what we got which included two stuffed animals/scents/clothing/accessories/drawstring bags and the experience! I think totaling out to around $100. I would definitely recommend this shop!"
