"Cascade Brewing is always a stop when we visit Portland. Our favourite sour brewery. Not too busy on a Friday evening, our server was very friendly. Shared a couple 2oz pours ($3.50 USD); the dapper plum, vladermelon, blackcap nouveau 2023 and apricot 2019. Apricot is always tasty. Blackcap nouveau (raspberries) was juicy. Vladermelon tasted like watermelon jolly ranchers. They had 30% off all bottles and cans for Black Friday. Bought a pearpawsterous 2017 ($24.00 USD) but was charged full price."

"Famous for their sour ale in S.Korea. But they have other things too. I tried 7~8 2 ozs with mac n cheese and chicken sandwich. I planned to move to another brewery but changed my mind. Try their sour ales. I recommend them."
