"It's cafeteria food with a nice atmosphere. The hard cider was ok. The beer was watery. You order via QR code and the food is brought to the table. It's a very limited menu. Less than 10 items. Which would be OK, if they were good. Next time we visit Moda we are going to the place across the way...10 Barrel."

"This place is the only place to go before events at the Moda Center or Memorial Coliseum. They have a great open air concept, with tables inside and outside. Live music, all ages are welcome. Food is pub style, drinks are bar drinks, prices are what I expected, high. The weather wasn’t great when we were down here, but we still had a fun time, enjoyed the music and people watching."

"Definitely exactly what you would expect, in a depressing way. It’s a cafeteria for grown ups, at restaurant prices. Philly cheesesteak was a cheap hot dog bun with basic microwaved peppers and meat with some nacho cheese on top. Nachos were fine, for cheap cafeteria style nachos, but we paid $5 to add chicken and got nearly to the end and realized there wasn’t any chicken."

"Dr. Jack’s definitely has its pros and cons. However, I am definitely glad this place exists because this area desperately needs more restaurants and bars within close proximity to the Moda. Thankfully, this place is right across the entrance. Great place to go to for pre and/or post game drinks. The atmosphere and decor is great with everything pertaining to the blazers. However, their hours are sometimes not reliable. I’ve tried to go multiple times it’s said it’s open online and not been open. It’s usually just during blazers games I’ve gathered, but could be wrong. Their food and service is just ok. They are usually really busy to service isn’t always up to par and the food was typical bar food. Overall, it’s an awesome place to hang out with folks and have some drinks. Pros: Drinks, location, atmosphere, decor Cons: Food, service, hours."

"Dr. Jack’s…named after the Portland Trailblazer infamous hall of Fame Coach Jack Ramsey. who guided the Blazers to our only Championship in 1977. To put a watering hole/pre game and during game bar and restaurant is brilliant at the South Gate of the Moda Center. And who better to salute…then the Blazers iconic Coach. We have always made Dr. Jacks our meeting spot for the Blazers season games. Food, drink, gathering and amping up for the game. They have modified there menu, due to Covid, they have taken all the proper measures to make it a safe, clean and casual locale. I enjoy the Porter, the flat bread and some Tv time with buddies. It’s pricey, but everything is pricey at Moda. You might as well gather and enjoy the food and endless options for drinks."
