"I got two drinks and ordered food at the start of an event. The bartender gave me a number and said they'd bring the food to us. An hour into the event, we still didn't have our food and we'd finished our drinks so I went to get more and ask if our food was ready. They made me two more of the same drink and charged several dollars more than they did for the first two. The drinks were literally exactly the same as the first time, not doubles, not a "tall" glass, just the same basic drink in a plastic cup. Not only that, but when I asked about the food the response I got was "Oh, well you never came back for it." and they acted irritated with me for simply asking about it. What's the point in giving someone a number and saying the food will be brought out then? I get that it's really busy during an event but it was just bad service all around and they should have made it clear the expectation was for us to come to the bar to check on our order because it's busy. Our food was completely cold by that point. I was chit chatting with another patron who ordered right before me and they actually had brought her food over to her so I'm not sure what the mix up was."

"This is a very nice place to see concerts, get food, and a beer or cocktail. I went to see Mike Watts new project MSSV and it was the first time seeing a concert there. The service and food was surprisingly good, and the house drinks were adventurous."
