"I will always recommend DB over that other famous coffee place. I have hardly ever had a bad coffee, well not BAD, but not my exact order. Maybe 3 or 4 times in the 10 years Ive been going there. Not enough to complain about."

My dad used to help skip build the first coffee stands for this company back in the early 90s and it's a shame what it's become. Does not fit the southern Oregon culture. It's aimed at gen z, cult appeal. I hate this coffee shop."

"I overheard 1 worker be sarcastically rude behind a customers back. I came here for my birthday drink, my Large drink was full to the brim with ice. WAY to much ice. So I wait back in line and requested light ice so I could actually enjoy my drink. My request was honored but she had to lmk "that's how they make it" so this Dutch Bros requires their workers to fill your drink with ice to the tippy top so by the time you get home your drink is already gone. 1 star for this location."

"Normally when I come to this stand it is fast and the coffee is always good. At of the last few times I've been here I've had to wait behind one car for over 10 minutes when they are literally handed one coffee. Out of the three AM staff two are on it, quick and efficient, the young lady with dark hair and glasses though has literally taken 10-15 minutes of my morning (while im heading to work) away from me when one coffee and transaction really shouldn't take more than a couple minutes per customer for one coffee. I have been made late to work because of this even though I give myself an extra 15 minutes the mornings I would like a coffee. I would just leave and not get a coffee if the line is taking to long but I can't considering how the drive through is set up, there is no way around or out when you have someone in front of and behind you. Once again good coffee and good employees, except for the lady that has dark hair and glasses. She takes way to long talking to customers and not making their coffee, she always apologizes for taking to to long so she is aware that it's taking much longer than necessary. A coffee in a decent amount of time would be nice, the apologies are getting old. People have places to be."
