"Drinks are great, chairs and tables are a little small and awkward, staff were all super helpful. Food is basic, but not overpriced."
"Only one reason they are getting one star. I used to live in a condo around the corner from this location. I have a TON of points accrued. When I moved out of the neighborhood, I’d stop by every 3 months or so to snag a growler on the way home. The last time I stopped by, I gave my number per the usual and asked how many points had I accrued. Turns out, they zeroed out my account. They zeroed my points without as much as a text message to tell me what was going on. And it’s not like they didn’t have my contact number. They used to have a super fancy copper pressurized growler/keg. I had enough points for that and still have a ton left over."
"We've stopped in here as our go to place nearby OHSU Bond the last few years. It's very casual. One time I had to sip a beer for a couple hours waiting for my wife at OHSU and there was no rush. Doggies allowed out front I believe. Sue our bartender has been there almost each visit. Very nice, kind and intuitive. Beer is very good. (Beer is good!) I had a Belgium from Bend and even got a growler to go. We'll refill it at their Astoria location next time to the coast."
"Been here a few times and overall they have a diverse selection but it's just simply dull. The staff is nice and often offer samples which is great but the atmosphere is pretty dead. They have several small-medium sized TVs throughout the room but the issue is... the other side of the room is completely dark, literally. No lights on or TVs on. I felt isolated. It would be nice if they put up some string lights, turn on the TVs, an arcade game, air hockey or something fun (but they do offer virtual golf which I am a bit confused by how that works) and some more lighting. If they can make this place more welcoming Id go more often, and they would get more business. I hope management reads this and makes an investment towards bringing more life to this place. With that said, it's still a chill place but it needs some love."
"I was pretty impressed by this place. I walked here from my hotel near the waterfront. The beer selection was pretty cool, mostly local breweries that didn't have big names. The guys working there were very generous with their time and free samples. I ended up buying 3 crowlers and a pint to enjoy, and they helped me find the perfect beers. The prices were great, most averaged $9 for a 32oz crowler. Awesome place to have a beer or get it to go"
