"This was the cart I was most excited to try at cartopia. I patiently waiting for them to open. I absolutely love a great chicken pad Thai... Unfortunately I did not get that here. Everything was reheat and serve. The rice noodles ( which take only a couple minutes to cook ) weren't fresh. And were riddled with nasty tofu. I can't stand tofu; and this was not supposed to be in my order! The sauce was ok I guess. The Sriracha avocado I paid extra for didn't taste like anything but avocado. The biggest let down was the chicken. Two tiny OLD dry flavorless prices of chicken seriously? Nothing took long to cook that I ordered. For 18 bucks I really didn't expect old, left over reheated food. You would be very angry if you were served that after you went out of your way to eat somewhere. I hope this review inspires you to try harder; Cause you won't last long serving the kind of food. Oh. I picked out all the burnt egg and tofu so you can see what I'm talking about. And the clumps of hard, reheated rice noodles."
