"Ran into an issue here where I purchased a Roblox Gift Card. They said once it is scanned that it is active. The code did not work and so I went to Roblox. Roblox stated that the code was never activated. I came back to this store and showed them my receipt and the email I got from Roblox. The employees stated there was nothing they could do and they would not even try to scan it to check to see if it got activated. DO NOT by Roblox gift cards from here!!! I lost $10 and they would not help to make it right they just kept saying there is nothing they can do. This is horrible customer services."

"These 5 stars go specifically to the older woman with red hair, who always takes time to do her eye makeup. Been coming here for 3 years and every time I'm in, I can tell she's a good person, she's always kind to me and we chat a little, it's just nice that despite the store having really really long lines she always gives you the best customer service."

"Edited: I live right next to this store and have had the misfortune of having to stop in to grab a few things a few times.. This is THE WORST dollar tree in the whole Portland Metro area. DO NOT even think about stopping here as it will likely take you 45+ minutes. The woman who work here (minus the older red head) are some of the rudest people I have ever come across in my life, and I always give every service worker the benefit of the doubt especially when understaffed but I will never again return to this location. At all times there is never more then one register open, doesn't matter what day, what time or how busy they are. If they do open another lane they only call over one person at a time and will yell at you if you try to form a line and then mishandle your things. The woman with short red hair and eye make up broke a pair of glasses I bought by slamming them on the counter. I truly hope this location closes."
