"Always super nice and chill place to get some smoking supplies. They do not have a great selection of kratom, just the prepackaged stuff. Also make sure you have cash because they haven't been accepting cards a while now."

I have spent hundreds of $ here and never cared for the employee but put up with him because i liked the NOVO bar so after buying tons of vapes I had a bad one that tasted burnt, I went back and let him know and he said too bad all sales are final and you tried it here. Ok, I get that but i buy 3 to 4 at a time and try it once and you know I've never complained so can you please take it back, it was still full and it shows that on the NOVO bar. Nope. Ok, well you just lost my business. I hope it was worth $14 since that what you pay for them(and upsell them for $28). It's just bad business.
