"Went to Happy Valley Food Station in search of tasty chicken strips- was not disappointed when we found Christina's Cartel. The chicken was juicy and delicious and the mac and cheese was amazing. However, I would have like some better starch options- the shoestring fries were soggy- a bit of a let-down. Would like to see more sauces too- but I did enjoy the ones that I had. Maybe a spicy ranch that would be great with chicken- although I was told, very proudly, I might add, that they have pretty much everything BUT ranch and ketchup. Don't know why the hate for ranch- but okay, lol. Will definitely be back (and maybe bring my own ranch?)"

"Wings were slimy and just barely cooked. It looked like they baked them instead of frying them? They were not crispy at all. Sauces were delicious so it's a shame the wings themselves were not as good. I'm surprised that the wings were so bad since they have great reviews. Hopefully it was just a fluke. It was $24 for 12 gross wings. Dude working the cart was nice though."

"Had the Godfather Mac. Absolutely packed with flavor. Has enough food to last me for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast again. Incredibly quick service. Very friendly staff. Will absolutely be coming back."

"Happened upon Christina's in the Happy Valley Food Cart Pod and really could not turn down the chance for chicken and waffles. I've been craving it again ever since! They are NOT for the sweet haters - the waffles are almost sugar encrusted, and the chicken is perfectly cooked and seasoned - I would for sure eat them again! Even the whipped cream tasted ridiculously good. I wish they would give a honey mustard sauce as well as syrup! The portion size was perfect for me, but for large eaters, may be disappointed in the amount of food. Also got fried oreos, and they're as delightful as I remembered them to be from fairs. Greasy though, and i could only handle 2. As expected for deep fried anything.."

"The buffalo chicken taco was hands down the most delicious buff chicky taco I’ve ever had! Mac n cheese was so creamy, perfect mix of cheeses. Loved the dining space too! Perfect to hang and have a beer"
