"Brought my wife here for fancy sushi to celebrate her birthday and was not disappointed. Service was great, atmosphere was really nice, food was delicious, the Warm Sake went down quite well. Plan on making Sakura Yakatori a regular for our nice nights out."

"Very nice ambiance. Friendly and helpful service, great food that was done quickly. My wife is GF and DF. We had spicy tuna roll, summer roll and rib eye yakitori. They modified the summer roll with snow crab to make it GF and used a different sauce since my wife cannot do soy. It was amazing and easily our favorite. Yakitori rib eye was excellent."

"Great sake collection to pick from. got my hopes up there. Yakitori was served cold and was not fun eating, the wagyu in there was especially chewy. The lobster roll was good but a bit unmanageable with chopsticks, kept breaking away. Summer roll was nice. They also have a real nice Sakura vibe going but was really disappointed with the yakitori."

"Visited on their first soft opening day. They were very busy with about a 30 minute wait time for a party of 6. once seated, we were immediately asked for drinks and appetizers. Drinks came in quick, but our appetizers and main orders took roughly 1 hour to come out. Food was delicious and our waiter was extremely professional and helpful. All this was expected for this soft open. My only wish is they had more nigiri selection as it seemed very basic for the high end sushi prices. Edit: returned after some time to give them another shot. My waiter was pretty unaware of what I needed and had to ask (utensils/chopsticks/soy dipping cup are a basic need) despite the dining area being a bit empty. The employees seemed more focused on socializing. Food was great. I tried the entire nigiri menu and even asked the chefs if they had the flexibility to make items off menu for a premium - sadly this wasn't the case. Overall, I don't suspect I would go again for a while. The high prices here need to be accompanied by solid customer service."

"Was super excited to see this place finally opened and decided to dine in right as happy hour had started this past weekend. Interior setting is beautifully decorated and was greeted to self seat and chose the nice little corner spot by the neon sign. Jesus our server was nice and attentive informing us about their selection in drinks and special, checking in to see how we're doing, thanks Jesus! I was mainly excited their menu had more than just sushi because my fiance is not adventurous, but willing to try and had yakitori and donburi for to choose from. He had the chicken donburi which turned out to be crispy, perfectly cooked and dipping sauce was delicous. The rice was fluffy!! I had scallop, salmon, sweet shrimp nigiri along with their special tuna hand roll. NOT fishy at all, tasted fresh and super yummy! We shared a wagyu and garlic beef yakitori which did not dissapoint! It is a bit spendy and worth it. If you're paying with cash, you'll save a bit more. Would we come back? Yes, yes we would!"
