"I mostly stopped by drive thru but today my 2nd son and I had a lunch date together. And we decided to eat KFC inside the restaurant. My son ordered a chicken sandwich combo and I ordered 3 pieces chicken combo. Crews are kind and generous. Foods are a fresh and warm enough. Facility is a clean and organized. Restroom is a clean and they have a toilet seat paper covers, enough toilet papers and smell’s good."

"I regret to inform you that my recent experience at your establishment was quite disappointing. My order for a spicy chicken sandwich was not fulfilled as requested, and the food we received was cold and rubbery in texture. However, what was more concerning was the hostile behavior of the staff towards us, as we were met with glares from everyone working there. I must say that such treatment towards customers is unacceptable and calls for immediate attention. I am hopeful that in the future, your establishment will take necessary steps to ensure that customers are treated with the care and respect they deserve. Although I was tempted to request a refund for the poor quality of food and service, I decided against it as I did not want to waste any more of my time. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and that you will take appropriate measures to improve your services."

"Waited at counter for between 5 to 10minutes before anyone acknowledge us, no greeting. Upon our order handed to us was just pushed to us on counter with no thank you. Rudest we've came across with KFC, not 1 staff member took any notice of us waiting. Last week got 21 pieces with 10 legs in, This store has certainly dropped in their friendliness & service"
