Taco Bell

"I've never had worse food from a fast food restaurant than what I received here tonight. Got two chalupa supreme and a taco with a drink. The chalupa shells were so stale they were hard to the point they snapped like crackers at the top, While the meat was cool to the touch. The hard taco shell resembled tortilla chips more than it did a taco shell and the meat was cool as well. Wasn't busy at all, had a few people working, just bad service. $12 for a Dr pepper is not what I had in mind when I left the house...."

"Lately they've been making everything really well, I sent an online order in the morning time with a few special asks, they made it all perfectly and it was really good. Also night shift is super friendly and always makes sure I have everything I need. You've got good staff right now :)"

"The order was correct and even things like napkins were added without having to ask!!! I was pleasantly surprised to get home and wonder who is winning the “what got forgot at the drive thru challenge” which by the way is a bet about whether the order is correct…… it was ALL correct for the SECOND time at this location!!!!! Awesome work!!!! I’m going back there!!!!!"

"The food was as good as Taco Bell food is the people working there were super friendly and happy looking actually. I even thought the Kiosks were cool, however, I wasn't happy that there wasn't a paper receipt option; just email, phone, or no receipt at all ! The phone option said charges may apply, so I had to go with the email option. I wasn't able to see what I ordered until I got home, and my order was wrong. I ordered two breakfast quesadillas and a breakfast crunch wrap, but I certain one of the quesadillas was not of the breakfast kind. I was not comfortable with trying to get the attention of the workers who were all in the back preparing the food as I didn't have a physical paper reciept with me anyways so I went on with it : ("

"Customer service was great. I was greeted with a smile. And place was clean. Food was also clean. And what impressed me was how organised the sauce packets were. Never seen that before"
