"We stopped in for an early dinner after shopping at the mall and will definitely be back. I wasn't sure what to expect since it was my family's first time having Korean style fried chicken but it was crunchy, flavorful, and delicious. If you're dining with kids who don't like any spice, try the soy garlic flavor instead of the BBQ. Service was super friendly and there was even tables open on a Saturday afternoon. We will definitely be back!"
"Every time I eat Bonchon the food is delicious. Everything is made fresh to order so you never have to worry about getting cold food. The inside is a bit small but there is plenty of outside seating. I recommend everything on the menu except the boneless wings. If you don’t like spicy then try regular or soy garlic. The lunch specials are a great deal considering the amount of food you get."
"Tasty fried chicken with a bunch of sauce options. The lack of combo meals outside of lunch hours is annoying, but on the flip side, it's great for large groups because you just get a bunch of chicken and share it. The leftovers also made my hotel fridge smell REALLY good, like, we bought too many fingers but I happily ate them throughout my stay. Liked that there was outdoor seating because the restaurant is a small box outside the mall that I refuse to be stuck in."
"Hands down best fried chicken anywhere. Why? HOW?? The sauce. Mouthwatering (literally). The double fried crunch. Light and crispy. OMG. The cravings are real. Drive from Portland once a week for this amazingness. The wings are a must - but I also love the strips. Daughter could eat the pickled radishes all.day.long. Get it fresh & hot and be prepared to have a new addiction."
"Place is way too expensive for what you get and the portion sizes. Got the katsu chicken and it was insanely burnt, im shocked whoever made it looked at it and genuinely thought it was okay to serve. It was black like charcoal.. Didn't look appealing and tasted dry and burnt and on top of that had to wait around 20 minutes for food which we were okay with but not when the food came out the way it did. The only decent part of the meal was the coleslaw but i feel like that's kinda hard to mess up either way so not rlly a plus."
