"We finna bring the rating down a little bit because I love carls Jr however this spot, this specific location has a problem with giving people what they want! My food was cold I expressed it and said I wasn’t coming back at 9pm I’d be there tmrw to get another freshly made. No receipt but I paid with my card. Shows proof of purchase if you need to match it with the camera from the drive thru and the cash register do just that but DO NOT treat me as if I didn’t pay my $ and am STEALING. She basically called me a liar for not having a receipt. On my way TO RETURN NOW"
