"Waited 20 minutes in the drive through, plus an additional 15 minutes in the parking lot for a damn shake. I asked for a refund but they refuse to give it to me. And they have the audacity to ask me for a tip!"

"This restaurant chain has most unfortunately become pretty bad over the last 5+ years. Burgerville was the place I’d take out of town guests, and visit myself every week if not more. They were so special, very Northwest, and so far above other major fast food spots regarding food quality & service. Please bring that back."

"The Latina girl working at the window was very rude for no apparent reason. I am a very sweet respectful person and there was no reason for her to act like that even if she was having a bad day. The manager definitely needs to have a talk with her about respect"

It was two hours before closing and my order got half made and then forgotten, while I was in the drive thru, because they were already doing closing procedures they said."

"This was my first visit to Burgerville. I had a Bacon cheese burger and strawberry milkshake. I went there expecting a better quality of hamburger sandwich than other cheaper fast food restaurants. I wasn't disappointed! Every part was was better Bun, romaine lettuce ( not the stem either) and wow the bacon . I happen to be a bacon lover and this bacon was quality. Cooked perfectly, it extends beyond the bun to tempt a nibble on it's own. Oh yeah lol. I ordered the milkshake having heard commercials in the past boasting real ice cream. They didn't lie. For once I actually got my money's worth!"
