"I was just trying to pick up a to-go order I’d placed. Since there was no sign indicating where to do that - outside of the empty shelves by the door that said to pick up online orders there - I got in line behind three young men who each ordered and paid for their own meals…for what appeared to be the first time ever. The staff never acknowledged I was waiting, no one made eye contact. When a couple walked in talking about picking up their order and bypassed the line to go right to the counter, I wondered if they knew the routine better. I also didn’t think it mattered since I’d been ignored since I entered the place. Eventually, someone asked that couple what they wanted and they were told it wasn’t ready and to wait. Then the cashier sat there facing away from me while she fished random sauces out of an unmarked box and laid them with the receipts they belonged with. Finally looking up from that life-or-death task, she asked what I wanted. I told her and she made a big show of not having my order slip on the counter before thinking to look on a heat table no one had been near fir anything but picking up fries since I walked in. What do you know? That’s where more order was and I’d just waited over 4 minutes to pick up my food that was ready before I arrived."

"Always good as usual. They even serve lunch during breakfast but you have to wait for it. The big bacon classic is what I always get. The staff are super friendly."

"I was just in the drive threw. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal large with a room beer and a double stack ketchup only. How do I only get 8 nuggets. You'll can't count or did you turn into Jack n the box overnight. 10 is 10 not 8. Do better. You get a 1 for service because you can't count to 10"

"I'm appalled! Walked to pick up my door dash order, since my car is frozen and stuck. I arrived to the dining room being closed, with at LEAST 5 employees inside, 2 of which were on their phones... but when I called from outside...6 times, there was no amswer. There was also no answer when door dash tried to call. Aside from being too lazy to mop floors due to wet feet, there is zero reason that the dining room shouldn't have been open. What this says to me, is ABSOLUTE laziness and lack of work ethic. I ended up canceling my order and jumping through hoops to get refunded. Worst part, 45 minutes in freezing cold, to still be sitting here hungry. Perfect example of people not being able to do their ONE job. Smh. Sik"

"I had the new loaded nacho burger and it was ok. Wendy’s doesn’t have the best food but it is a well known brand and it’s good to have once in a while. 3 star review."
